Clinique's annual International and North American Sales Conferences are seminal events in the life of the company. Groove ensured the opening video and central presentations kicked things off the right way.
Clinique relies on a motivated sales force for success and designs its annual sales events to help achieve it. The company uses these events to promote sales goals, introduce new products, announce initiatives and revise market positions. But doing so in fresh, exciting ways became increasingly difficult when coupled with the need for better speaker support, a focus on brand sensibilities, and an element of show biz glamour. Most important, the audience had to leave motivated to tackle the challenges of a new sales year.
After developing an understanding of the Clinique organizational structure, the individual stakeholders, and the brand promise, we aligned the corporate agenda by combining world-class graphics, photography, video clips, and an original soundtrack around one central theme. The result was 50 high-end, visually elegant executive presentations per event. For the first time, the sales organization saw a clear, concise vision from all members of the executive team. And executives had a consistent methodology for production of future presentations that would advance and support messaging.
